REFUND POLICIES
Your payment for service is not required until 3 days before sailing. By this time we are fairly sure that the weather will allow us to proceed. You may pay in advance of that with the certainty that if we must cancel due to weather or mechanical issues, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations on your part, with full refund are made if 48 hours notice is given for any private tours or charters. No refunds are available for a "single seat" purchase on a special trip, except if we must cancel for weather or mechanical issues. Then a full refund will be made.
